Madei Mangori is board member and Emeritus Director of Managing African Research Network (mRAN www.resanet.org) and briefly taught at Botho University in Botswana. He is the National Co-ordinator of Global World Institutions in collaboration with Aditya College India, CMR University Bangalore India, Aldersgate College Philippines and Stafford University Uganda and Pathumthani University in Thailand. Madei is the co-ordinator for Business and Contextual Ministry (CBCM) in collaboration with Botswana Bible Training Institute (BBTI) spearheading its accreditation for its tertiary level qualifications to Botswana Qualifications Authority as well as the board chairperson of Glody Dube English Medium Primary School.  He is a Business Botswana management facilitator, trainer and consultant. Madei has over 37 years’ experience as an organizational and management development expert in Southern Africa. He has also contributed book chapters in book publications by the University of South Africa (2014) in a book titled African Library Summit 2013: The Horizon and beyond, and Alborg University Denmark in a book titled Finding Solutions to the Challenges of Internationalisation published in 2016.  Madei holds a PhD in Business Management from Aldersgate College in the Philippines as well as being a Professor of Business Administration conferred by Stafford University.  Madei has supervised over 100 MBA dissertations for Management College of Southern Africa. Madei’s first book titled Strategic Leadership: Traditional Structures in Modern Governance was published in 2017 (available on Amazon). He is a co-author of the book Afrika land reform model: Strategic Leadership: Land Management Change Dynamics for Africa's Prosperity and Posterity: The Case of Zimbabwe published in 2020 also available on Amazon. The two books published in 2021 are How to Succeed as an Entrepreneur in Africa co-authored with the renowned Professor John Kuada which was published by Adonis and Abbey Publishers Ltd in London UK and Masterminding Spiritual Intelligence and Management in the Modern-Day Workplace: The Madei Mangori & Pitshou Moleka Botho Bisoism Strategic Leadership Perspective published in March 2022  Two more co-authored books completed are being refined for publication in the  2022 / 2023 namely A God Led from Rags to Riches Life and Entrepreneur: The Real-Life Story of Phibion Gwatidzo and Spectacles and Reflections of  of Thinking, A practical guide to developing individual and family strategic plans.
