It permits to refer them as polyfunctional bioregulators of wide spectre of action. Of many years experience of IFN preparations use in clinical practice permitted to determine its effectiveness for prophylaxis and treating of viral, bacterial and some of oncological diseases. At the same time there is the other alternative way of obtaining all positive IFN effects in organism and deprivation of peculiar to IFN preparations. The idea of such approach brings to action the own interferon-productive organism system: while using interferon inductors. At present this method has got the name "endogenic interferongenesis". The possibility of use of such method has become obvious after IFN synthesis discovery practically by all organism cells. It is necessary to mention the fact that owing to crossing of IFN gene activation ways as well as a number of cytokines, the IFN inductors also induct tumor necrosis factor synthesis and interleikins, which play an important role in organism immunoreactiveness regulation. Purposeful skrining among the wide spectrum of high and low molecular combination of natural origen as well as synthetically one having revealed some preparation with high chemical-theurapeutical index, permitted to consider them as possible for use in medical practice. Thus, the broad studying of potential interferon inductors with the purpose of their instillation of the most perspective in medical practice is the actual trend of modern virology and immunology.

It was found that after the mice, infected with staphylococcus, were treated by some probiotic strains of lacto- and bifidobacteria, a normalization of functional activity of phagoctic cells system and increase of the endogenous interferon production were observed. L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus IMVB-7281, L. casei IMVB-7280, L. acidophilus IMV B-7279, B. animales VKB and B. animales VKL are promising for the development of probiotics, effective against staphylococci and for the immunity correction.

It is established that the prophylactic scheme of introduction of probiotic cultures is more effective than therapeutic one for the manifestation of cholesteraze activity of probiotic cultures. The most effective were the cultures: L. acidophilus and B. bifidum, as well as the composition B. bifidum + B. longum. Cholesterol-lowering activity of the studied strains and their compositions in this experiment ranged between 40-78%. It is noted that cholesteraze activity of other studied strains was not lower and in some cases, higher than that of most of the drugs currently used in cholesterinozis.

Interactions between the structure and interferon-inducing activity of high and low molecular weight inducers are in the focus of this paper. There are also a lot of data, concerning different biological properties of interferon-inducing compounds. Different aspects of inducers use as antiviral and immunomodulating drugs are also discussed.

The aim was to test effects of AuNPs using suggested heart failure rat model to compare with proved medication Simdax, to test gold nanoparticle for drug delivery, and to test sonoporation effect to increase nanoparticles delivery into myocardial cells. We performed biosafety and biocompatibility tests for AuNPs and conjugate with Simdax. For in vivo tests, we included Wistar rats weighing 180-200 g (n = 54), received doxorubicin in cumulative dose of 12.0 mg/kg to model advance heart failure, registered by ultrasonography. We formed six groups: the first three groups of animals received, respectively, 0.06 ml Simdax, AuNPs, and conjugate (AuNPs-Simdax), intrapleurally, and the second three received them intravenously. The seventh group was control (saline). We performed dynamic assessment of he...

The review demonstrates the wide opportunities for gold nanoparticles due to their unique biological properties. The use of gold nanoparticles in cardiology is promising to develop fundamentally new methods of diagnosis and treatment. The nanotheranostics in cardiovascular diseases allows the non-invasive imaging associated with simultaneous therapeutic intervention and predicting treatment outcomes. Imaging may reflect the effectiveness of treatment and has become a fundamental optimisation setting for therapeutic protocol. Combining the application of biomolecular and cellular therapies with nanotechnologies foresees the development of complex integrated nanodevices. Nanocardiology may challenge existing healthcare system and economic benefits as cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of morbidity and mortality at present.

Objectives: The aim was to test myoprotectiveeffects of gold nanoparticles on myopathy rat model, to test sonoporation effect to increase nanoparticles delivery into myocytes. Material and methods: Wistar 180-200 g rats (of each sex were selected on the basis of analogies (n=30) were included for experiment to model statin-induced advance myopathy, registered by ultrasonography using transducers up to 12 MHz. We formed three groups of animals: 1st received colloid 20 nm nanogold (193 mg / ml for metal) injected into the injured muscle using 31 G needles under US guidance; 2nd group rats received additional insonation of injection locus in depth of 1 cm during 180 sec by 130 Db 3-8 MHz ultrasound; 3rd group was control. Morphological, laboratory, ultrasound assessment was performed. Results: In animals after nanogold injection regression of myopahy was registered clinically, on US. Light-optical microsopy defined in tissue samples the regression of muscle damage; vakuoli degeneration and myofibrils lysis. Nanogold induced significant inhibition of Ca, Mg-ATP-ase activity in myofibrils after (1st vs 3rd group, p< 0.01). Electron microsopy demonastrated higher nanoparticles cumulation in myofibrils and mitochondria (P < 0.01 for both). Myopathy regression was clearly defined in all rats after sonoporation (1st vs 2nd groups p< 0.05). Conclusions: Gold nanoparticles have significant myoprotective effects, being potential strategy for the treatment of muscular dystrophies, applicable for disperse localizations. Sonoporation is able to enhance gold nanoparticle delivery to myocytes in vivo.

The optimal doxorubicin dose for CHF induction has still not been established. The aims of our study was to find a reliable doxorubicin CHF rat model using a general ultrasound (US) equipment for in vivo ultrasound examination of the systemic circulation, to establish the optimal doxorubicin dose, and to assess the feasibility of US guided administration of the drug. Sixty Wistar rats, weighing 180-200 g were assigned to 3 groups (n=20 in each): group A - 4 time intraperitoneal doxorubicin "Sigma"administration, cumulative dose 2.49 mg/animal or 12.45 mg/kg; group B and 5 time doxorubicin administration, cumulative dose 3.03 mg/animal or 15.15 mg/kg; and group C- controls (injected same volume of saline). Dynamic US using linear 12 MHz transducer was used to establish the CHF modifications. Two rats with CHF were inj...
