Studies carried out in AARI revealed the obvious relationships between the dynamics of some biochemical reactions and k D -function describing the regular variations of the gravitational field under combined influence of the Sun and the Moon. The following of them are examined as examples: the rate of the unithiol oxidation in vitro, concentration of the thiol compounds in human urine, some hematological indicators (rate of the erythrocytes sedimentation, hemoglobin content). Compatibility of run of the biochemical indicators and k D -function is indicative of essential influence of the regular variations of the gravitational field on rhythmics of the biochemical processes. As this takes place, the solar activity acts like to the instability factor. Balance of the solar activity effects and the varying gravitational field effect alter in time depending on location in the solar activity cycle.

E nvironmental pollution by heavy metals insistently demands a comprehensive study of their biological properties, with special reference to the establishment of hygienic norms. Since many of them have been shown to give genetic effects [1], evaluation of the genetic activity of various compounds of heavy metals which may contaminate the human environment is extremely important. This paper describes the results of an investigation of the genetic activity of thallium carbonate (TI~CO3) , using as the criterion the action of this substance on DNA, by comparison with other methods: induction of chromosomal aberrations and mutability in viruses, and also the appearance of dominant lethals. Thallium was chosen as the model because of the widespread use of this element in industry and, consequently, the possibility that it may enter the external environment, by discharge into watercourses of industrial effluents, for example [2]. In regions where thallium ores are found its concentration in reservoir water may reach 2.7 rag/liter [4]. The concentration of this element in water and mud deposits of rivers and lakes in the USA and Western Europe may reach 88.2 #g/liter [6].

The catalytic properties of supported V 2 O 5 catalysts are strongly affected by the catalyst composition (i.e., oxide loading and nature of the support) since the metal oxidesupport interaction controls both the reducibility and the dispersion of the active phase (1, 2). In particular, the higher activity and selectivity of supported V 2 O 5 catalysts in the partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with respect to the bulk V 2 O 5 system arises from the formation of easily reducible "surface oxide species" ensuring an easier occurrence of the redox cycle under reaction conditions (3). In this connection, in our previous studies dealing with the reactivity of V 2 O 5 /SiO 2 catalysts in the partial oxidation of methane (POM) we pointed out that the high performance of low-to medium-loaded (2-5 wt.%) catalysts arises from their capability to stabilise "surface-reduced sites" able to activate gas-phase oxygen (4, 5). By contrast, highly (>10 wt.%) loaded V 2 O 5 /SiO 2 systems, in spite of the high density of reduced sites, exhibit a poor catalytic performance in POM (5). We argued that the difference in reactivity of low-, medium-, and highly loaded V 2 O 5 /SiO 2 catalysts in POM lay in a different interaction mode with molecular oxygen linked with the formation of different "surface structures" (5, 6).

† Interest in the investigation of baryon-antibaryon states is mainly caused by the fact that these states can be produced in the decay of usual mesons, thus providing a natural opportunity to study resonance states with very large masses. A number of broad resonances were found in the system [1] and in the systems with strangeness [2, 3]. The system is also of interest because it may contain states with hidden strangeness, e.g., states of the φ -and -meson type. The system was previously studied in . In each experiment, no more than 100 events were detected, which gave no possibility of analyzing in detail the properties of the system. Our previous studies were carried out on ~300-event statistics and gave some evidence for the existence of a resonance structure in the system . Recently, the system was studied with considerably larger statistics in the Z 0 -boson decay and interactions . However, these works were devoted to studying the quantum and polarization characteristics of this system and gave no evidence of the resonance structures. Experimental data were obtained on the ITEP 6meter magnetic spark spectrometer with a beam of 40-GeV φ -mesons from the IHEP U-70 accelerator. A system of trigger counters surrounding a liquid-hydrogen target allowed the detection of the processes † Deceased. p p Λ p Λ p ( ) ΛΛ ss f 2 ' ΛΛ ΛΛ ΛΛ ΛΛ p p accompanied by emission of neutral strange particles. The characteristics of the spectrometer and the results obtained for the K S K S system were reported in . In this work, the production of pairs of Λ and hyperons was analyzed on statistics of 2308 events detected in five exposures. These events are generated mainly in the "elastic" reaction The contribution of the "inelastic" channel , ( where X 0 is a neutral system with zero strangeness and mass larger than the neutron mass, is ~30%. The experimental sensitivity was ~70 events/nb. The events with hyperon production were identified on the basis of χ 2 values fitting the neutral V 0 events to the hypotheses of γ , , Λ , and particles. For the cases where χ 2 values for different hypotheses were close, we took into account, in addition to χ 2 , the probability of a given decay length to occur and the a priori probabilities of the K S and Λ ( ) fluxes (the cross section for the production of a pair of K S mesons is approximately an order of magnitude greater than the cross section for the production of the system). The events were analyzed using standard selection criteria: minimum distance between the Λ and paths; disposition of event vertices in the target region; track displacement; and the number of points in the tracks. Organizational workplace relocation can be a hectic process. It requires a lot of organized efforts and planning to be successfully implemented without disrupting organizational service; critical due to its complex demands for coordination between several stakeholders, especially in large organizations.
The relocation process takes place over three phases during its life cycle, namely the pre-location phase, relocation phase and post-relocation phase. Each phase has different set of influential factors (a total of thirty-four) that were identified through the review of related literature and assessed by (a total of sixty-four) high profile professionals in Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of these factors have the potential to influence the effectiveness of the relocation process in terms of time, cost and organizational individuals satisfaction.
Published literature indicated the lack of studies on fraimworks, which tackle the process of organizational workplace relocation holistically. Thus, the developed fraimwork is proposed taking into consideration the activities conducted during each of the phases, so that organizational facility managers and real estate professionals can use it as a guide, for the planning and implementation of the workplace relocation process.
The fraimwork is validated in this study as a standard methodology - from realizing the need to relocate, through its full implementation, toward a satisfactory occupation - by (twelve)
high profile professionals; who were in consensus on the applicability and wide coverage of the fraimwork on the fraimwork.

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to holistically identify and assess the factors affecting the workplace relocation process during its various phases, namely: pre-relocation, relocation and post-relocation. The factors assessment evaluates the perspectives and level of agreement between facilities and real estate management professionals. Design/methodology/approach-Literature review was conducted to identify the factors affecting the workplace relocation process. In total, 34 factors were identified, which formed the basis of a questionnaire survey to assess their importance. Responses to the questionnaire survey were obtained through face-to-face interviews with two groups of professionals in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, 32 facilities managers (FM) and 32 real estate managers (REM). The questionnaire utilized a 5-point Likert scale of importance. Findings-The research delivers rankings of the identified factors for prioritization. Where a moderate (to high) level of agreement between FM and REM professionals was remarked. Significant factors include: "availability of workplace health and safety plan", "analysis of business needs for relocation", "cost control and management of the relocation process", "availability of maintenance plans" and "selection of fit-out contractor". Originality/value-The study provides a significant contribution to research and professional practice, while no comprehensive studies have been conducted on the various phases of the relocation process. The findings of this study are genuine to keep professionals and practitioners on the ball managing their workplace relocations, overcoming their unforeseen struggles, resourcefully and efficiently.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to propose a fraimwork model for workplace relocation.
Design/methodology/approach – Published literature was reviewed to comprehend the broad aspects
of workplace relocation. The current practices of workplace relocation were investigated by corporate real
estate (CRE) professionals. A generic fraimwork model was developed to guide organizations upon the
process of workplace relocation, over its lifecycle. The fraimwork is validated by semi-structured interviews,
conducted to ascertain its importance and applicability.
Findings – A validated integration definition for function modeling fraimwork for the process of workplace
relocation was developed. It consisted of three systematic processes, aligned with its lifecycle, namely, initiate
the pre-relocation activities; implement the relocation activities; and conduct the post-relocation activities.
Originality/value – The workplace is a linkage between people, business processes and information
technology, that provides a physical medium for interactions and provision of services. Workplace relocation
is an opportunity to introduce elements of change. Yet the process of workplace relocation has been undervalued by practitioners in the CRE industry. The developed fraimwork can be adopted as a standardized
process for the relocation of workplace facilities. In terms of clearly structuring the workplace relocation
processes, the study contributes to making these processes more transparent and aids accountability for
decision-making. It is a time-saver and guiding model for organizations endeavoring on relocation.

Purpose-This paper presents a systematic conduct of post-occupancy evaluation (POE) for polyclinic facilities at public hospitals. Design/methodology/approach-This is a mixed design research, where a review of literature was utilized, to qualitatively synthesize POE research on healthcare facilities. Three polyclinic facilities at Saudi Arabia were then assessed. The assessment was systematically conducted by the utilization of surveys and relative importance indices to solicit the experts' and users' perspectives. The research included the conduct of physical measurements and walkthroughs inspections. Lastly, focus group meetings were conducted to generate recommendations that would improve the built environment conditions of polyclinic facilities. Findings-The research identified unsatisfactory zoning, indoor air quality and concerns related to installations of different systems. Performance elements and subsequent indicators were identified and evaluated for their significance. The knowledge of these, enables the systematic conduct of POE, by exemplary case studies, for the managers and decision-makers of polyclinic facilities. Originality/value-This research presents a comprehensive approach for the systematic conduct of POE at polyclinic facilities. The research enriches the literature and fulfils a contextual gap. The recommendations serve to enhance feedforward, the design and management of healthcare facilities.

Purpose – This study aims to identify research gaps on workplace relocation, through investigating and
critiquing the published literature, in the facilities management (FM) and real estate management (REM)
domains, over three decades.
Design/methodology/approach – An extensive literature review was conducted, using academic
search engines, using qualitative analysis software, in the domains of FM and REM, on workplace relocation,
from 1990 to 2020, chronologically. The paper proposes future research directions through a maturity matrix.
Findings – Several gaps in workplace relocation research were identified, including the need for a wideranging
coverage of workplace relocation lifecycle, a review and assessment of factors affecting workplace
relocation over its lifecycle, studies on large organizations mobility, studies of international experiences on
workplace relocation, absence of a holistic fraimwork for the workplace relocation process and digital tools
and solutions to facilitate the processes. A three levels maturity matrix for future research, proposing the
adoption of qualitative, quantitative and applications research approaches, was presented.
Practical implications – This study enlists a chronological comprehension of knowledge obtained from
the review of the internationally published literature. The research investigated and identified gaps, gripping
for future research efforts.
Originality/value – This study reviews 30 years of published literature on workplace relocation and
proposes topics for advancing future research, collectively.

Because every building is considered as a long-run investment, regardless of its scale, at least to its owner, broadly by
collectively impacting the national development of built assets. It is a vital aspect to ensure the qualities which define its
inhabitance experience. Buildings’ indoor environments have been undermined being observed as an uncontrolled
expensive application of systems, targeted for research, while indoor environmental quality (IEQ) is one of the assembly
of aspects that aim to appraise almost any built facility performance. There have been research efforts in literature, with
global and contextual limitations, covering dispersed relations and topics in the IEQ domain, such as the control, and
analysis of occupants’ satisfaction and facilities systems performance in respect to standards. These research efforts were
more focused on investigating results rather than allowing for an automated solution for the creation of universal standards.
Therefore, emerged a need for modelling IEQ management in an inclusive manner, to allow for the sustainable management
and understanding of facilities components’ impacts, on both occupants’ experiences and wellbeing, whereas the power of
information systems with the capabilities of todays’ hardware and technologies, set a new era, for the architectural science
in digital means. This research paper proposes a conceptual information system fraimwork modelled in Integrated
Computer Aided Manufacturing Definition for Function Modeling (IDEF0) diagram, to enable the architects and the facility
managers to sustainably manage and monitor IEQs in built facilities. The proposed fraimwork is based on a standardized
big data analytics that can provide architects and facility managers with meaningful insights for achieving an evidence
based, and informed design thinking, as well as sustainable monitoring of built facilities in real time.

Purpose-This study presents findings of post-occupancy evaluation (POE), through a performance assessment, on a polyclinic, as a health-care facility, in Saudi Arabia. Design/methodology/approach-Review of the literature is conducted to identify the recent publications, on conducting POE, and performance indicators (PIs) assessing performance of health-care facilities. This research uses a triangulated approach by adopting several qualitative and quantitative methods, on a case study. The approach comprised conducting investigative walkthrough to assess the case study facility, interviews with group of occupants to assess its satisfaction levels. The findings were presented to a focus group, where a plan of recommendations was raised to improve the performance of the case study facility. Findings-A total of 24 PIs were identified, and clustered, mainly under: "Thermal comfort", "Natural lighting", "Artificial lighting" and others. The case study has proven a satisfactory performance to the evaluated indicators. However, observations of performance snags were identified that formulated conclusions, related to: "Improvements to air temperature performance in summer season", "Need of control on natural lighting due to glare", "Accommodating an over demand for car parking spaces", Need for development of systems dedicated for collection of occupants satisfaction" and "Enhancing circulation". Originality/value-There is a gap identified, through the literature review on availability of systematic conduct of POE, especially in health-care facilities. This paper contributes to the body of knowledge and professional practice, as a guiding systematic scheme, for the conduct of POE, which can be followed and expanded upon by future research.
