The program was designed with a busy, working professional in mind.
- The program is online, 10 weeks, and self-paced (with a few required/scheduled interactive sessions with faculty and peers)
- Program modules are completed in sequence
- Though no grades will be issued for the program, there are, however, some assignments and group/peer work to assess learning

Who are the faculty teaching in this program? |

This program is a collaborative effort between UCI’s top-ranked Merage School of Business and national leader, Claire Trevor School of the Arts.
- The curriculum will be taught by world-renown faculty from the Merage School with guest presentations from arts management industry practitioners, and will include real-world examples and cases relevant to the arts industry
- Participants will also have access to instructors through virtual office hours and any scheduled live webinar sessions

- The comprehensive curriculum aligns with employer demand for effectiveness in leadership, marketing, fundraising, finance, critical thinking and decision-making, and decisive administration
