Join us for the 2025 Conference!

Like everything in the world, voice and speech science is being influenced and changed by artificial intelligence. With the rise of popular AI chat engines and the power of AI to process large amounts of complex data at speed, there are obvious benefits to the use of AI in research. However, there are downsides as well and things that the field of voice and speech science has yet to understand when it comes to AI. This year, our conference will focus on voice and speech science and how the field is navigating the age of artificial intelligence. We’ll cover topics from all across the field, with a special eye to how current research, experiments and thinking is being influence by AI. So whether you’re a singing teacher eager to learn more about the advancement of vocal health, an SLP looking for ways to enhance your practice or a scientist looking to see how the field is grappling with AI, this conference is for you. No matter if artificial intelligence is on your radar or not, you’ll find something to help you grow your knowledge and understanding of voice and speech.
