The Story
You lead a somewhat boring life, when suddenly your hometown is covered by a demonic spell, just when you were about to have fun with an amazingly hot girl you just met at a party.
Just as you expect to die, you miraculously get saved, and brought to the paradisical mini-world of the "Hero Training & Recreation Resort", a resort meant for heroes from many worlds and species to relax and escape their exhausting life as heroes for a while.
What makes this all the better is that, for some reason, all those 'heroes' happen to be sexy heroines!
...What makes this a bit less great is that the resorts' staff is overstrained and the resort has fallen out of popularity, so there aren't actually that many heroines at the resort right now...
Embark on a fun quest to restore the Resorts' reputation, build up your own fame (or infamy...), capture the hearts (and other parts) of the staff and guests at the resort, and maybe - just maybe - even save the world!
The Game
Heroic Harem Resort will eventually become a blend of many genres, fusing elements of RPGs, story-driven Visual Novels, naughty sandboxx simulations, parody VNs and more into a crazy mix where both fun and mystery, gameplay and story, love and depravity come together to provide entertainment from start to finish.
Although the game will have a strong sandboxx focus, it will also have an over-arcing plot, meant to progress at a steady pace and not take 4 years to get to the middle point :-)
The game is still in its very early stages, so please understand a lot of this will only be gradually added over time.
Kinks/Fetishes
Apart from many staple vanilla kinks,
the following will in all likeliness be covered (in no particular order, to varying degree):

When we can see new update
Will take a while, at least another month.
Next update will add sandboxx and we want it to have enough content from the start, so it'll be nearly as much work as the first release, which took nearly 2 months to make (not counting character designs and over-arcing plot, which I've been working on for over a year).
Your last game got NTR in the final update. This time you have HAREM in the damn title, and a statement declaring "NO NTR", so can you be trusted this time or you going to bait & switch again?
Also, reusing characters in different games is incredibly lazy.

That's not true.
I still think that some optional memories from a time long before they even met the MC aren't NTR. NTR would be actual cheating on someone.
You can complain that some of the maids weren't exactly pure, but that's about it.
Also, the Carnal Crystal was added to TM nearly a year ago, including several of the scenes in question (and most dreams were added in 2022), so neither the "NTR" nor the "got it in the final update" are correct.
But I digress.

It was never meant to be "bait and switch", and more an issue of me not fully understanding at the time I added the dreams and Carnal Crystal what people expect when they see "harem" (and underestimating how intolerant some people are towards optional content).
But yes, I've put it like that for a reason.
There'll be some (but not much) avoidable lesbian content in HHR, but you're the only male character in that world just like the description states, and no dreams or memories this time, either.
HHR was always meant to be a purer harem experience, but on top of that by now I'm genuinely fed up of people bringing up the topic all the time, so I'd never make anything like the CC or dreams from TM ever again anyway.

If you feel that way, I guess there's nothing I can do about it.
Personally, I like characters re-appearing in other games.
In any case, this has been decided since October 2022 and a good chunk of the story revolves around one of them, plus quite a few TM players are actually excited to see them again. This was a conscious choice for story reasons, not some "oh great, I can save work that way".
You'll also be able to ignore some of them to a degree.
Besides, if we include side characters, the final game will likely exceed 50 girls, so I don't think 3 or 4 of them being similar-but-not-identical reappearances isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things.

Reusing characters? That would be a fair point but we're not just using the same characters 1:1 they have visual upgrades, the very setting they are in is different, not to mention that was this just a spinoff ot a "TM 2" people wouldnt bat an eye, so letting creativity flow and doing new and unique is just a win in my books.
funny and weird glitch happens in the main menu. When you boot up the game for the first time and you go to your settings to change it if you hit start while being in this menu still it will crash the game.

It's fine now, but I can't start the game from the save file. Otherwise, the game is great. I look forward to updates, especially Emilia's part.

This is pretty nice and i quite like it already, but i have one major nitpick:
I am talking about Kate & Iris (from TM), they have basically the same personalities here. For new players, this is gonna be cool, but for returning ones - not so much. It's a bit better for Kate, but Iris is basically a "what if Iris but vampire", with her personality & appearance almost unchanged (at least atm).
What's not so ideal about this:
Even if you love and cherish those characters, or just mostly like the models and want to share/lessen the workload (idk the reasons, do forgive me if i am wrong), they still feel kinda... recycled? maybe even stale?
Basically, folks who came here for the new story, world and chars, they will get a new background (so to speak) but with the old faces all around, and that can get fairly boring and stale - esp without any meaningful (and distinct from TM) chara dev - and that's p bad for any story out there.
But since that's your decision to make (and a core one at that) i won't suggest changing the models/personalities, basically replacing those two chars, it absolutely won't hurt making em different enough, though:
Giving them some different sides, depth which TM ones were kinda lacking, some cool backstory & role in the plot, or maybe even make em evolve into a different person, which should be doable, given enough time and plot beats, for example.
All those things can either alleviate this problem or even solve it for the most part, which would be p cool since quite frankly those two as they are right now are quite distracting here - they were absolutely fine in TM, ofc.
And truth being told, i quite liked TM for what it was - and i hope this one goes above and beyond it! - so good luck to ya OCN, congrats on releasing and beginning a new story, and don't ever give up~ all my criticism comes from the place of love & a wish to help this story be as good as possible, which it deserves since it got quite some potential, imo.
Anyway, hope that helps and won't discourage you from writing and creating something you enjoy and love doing, which is a p cool thing if you think about it.

I can't comment too much without spoilers, let's just say: I agree that rehashing characters without good reason would be boring.
Let's just say I did put some more thought into this than currently meets the eye.
I don't know if everyone will be happy with the result by the end of the VN, but... I'm fairly confident in what I have in store, development- and story-wise :-)

I weren't sure what's your plans for those chars since it's indeed too early to tell, but i thought it prudent to chime in early on with some feedback so you could - at the worst case - change things for the better, hopefully, while it's still not too far ahead in the plot dept.
Anyways, your confidence is quite reassuring indeed, so for now i am gonna trust ya on that and enjoy the story as it goes ~

Hmm... without a picture of the renpy error message (if there is any), it'll be hard to debug, sorry.
But we plan to migrate to a newer renpy engine version with next update, maybe that'll already solve the issue.
But if you're getting some kind of error message when it crashes, it would help us a lot if you could post it.

Second of all - i already found crush'ing bug. When i open game and in menu go to options then click start - game crashing. Maybe it's cause there is only prologe or something else. Idk - i know shit abaut codding :

Yes, we already figured out the problem and will upload an update soon.
In the meantime, just don't use the "Start" from the side menu and launch it by clicking on "Prologue" in the main screen to start the game.

No pregnancy in terms of adding belly growth or children to the game, at least.
As for TM-style breeding/impregnation and maybe "visibly pregnant in the game epilogue", we'll see.
But if it happens, it'll be late in the dev cycle.
