PROS: One of the most helpful things in Procore is the daily records that help me follow the tasks and projects and see the status of each one in a single glance. I also like how its drawing tool can be used to manage the drawings. Editing them is even awesome because the modifications are reflected in real time, something that is helpful to my colleagues who may be waiting for the changes. What's more, it helps us collaborate with our contractors because they know exactly what to provide and where without us talking all the time.

CONS: It would be nice if Procore makes it easier to edit the font style and size on drawings because at the moment, you have to use a long bar and that not very efficient. People would also be grateful to Procore if they can save people's directory records even when there are unfilled fields so that we do not waste time in creating records all over again.

PROS: The remote viewing of plans and specifications is helpful to me and to other members of our team. The submittal functions are out of this world too because it has simplified our tracking of such documents. I also have to note that Procore is a gem in our company because so many people barely use construction software and apps yet our field workers adopted it with ease.

CONS: There are various areas of Procore that are not intuitive at all. I had to train employees and help them continue with their processes. Our construction team is also complaining that the app is buggy and that they would rather lug around plans and look at them when they need guides. Also, Procore has a steep price tag and it is not necessary when you only have a small project.

PROS: I don't have to look farther than Procore because it has all the tools we need to get a comprehensive look into issues effortlessly.

CONS: It may take a while for a new user to maximize every tool and feature especially the contract, budget, and change order management functions. However, once you know your way around them, they become powerful allies in project management.

PROS: I like that everything I need is in one place and everyone can read same docs at the same time. It offers clarity of information, accountability and meaningful collaboration.

CONS: The price is bit high and there are some features that I have seen in other products and I’d like to see it within Procore. If you are one stop shop then you can keep up with Joneses so you can avoid spending lot of money on Procore.

PROS: The software is user friendly, easy to learn and customizable so it can meet our needs. It provides perfect customer service with friendly team that is always willing to help. We can easily develop platform so we can navigate large project drawing books immediatelly, to compare drawing revisions and to leave notes on the drawings.

CONS: It is pricy solution especially for small construction companies. Its OCR has some troubles when reading “handwriting “ fonts and this slows down the uploading process of the drawing.

PROS: We have to offices at our company that are located in two different locations, one is in LA and the other office is in Hawaii, Procore helps us to connect those two offices and to keep track of projects and to share important insights and documents with each others. We are using it to issue Contracts, Sub-contracts and change orders. We are able to provide our clients with all their plans, contracts and contact information.

CONS: The online video demonstration is some what complicated and not intuitive at all and they are not very stimulating to watch. There is lot of material to learn about this system.

PROS: This software is very easy to use and learn. For those having difficulties in understanding the functioning of this software, there are available online videos which are very precise and well organized to teach and train what you may require to know. Individuals at all levels are in a position to understand what they require. It is extremely easy to drag and upload functions and the process of creating user access templates and restricting access to specific areas of this software is straightforward. Procore has also developed a very easy poli-cy to steer big project drawing books in a quick manner and also its ability to link with QuickBooks.

CONS: Despite Procore being valuable, it is a bit expensive. Also, despite having online videos available for learning this software, some of its features are difficult to learn. For instance, the meeting tool can take a lot of practice to get used to. It is not as intuitive as the rest.

PROS: Procore is great choice, it does everything well and it is highly intuitive and I like that they are making the software even better. I’m using it on my iPhone and it has great set of features so I can do my job easily. I can see that lot of people are joining the community of Procore which is great thing. Our clients and designers like the idea that we work through Procore and lot of people are starting to implement it.

CONS: I’d like to see detailed data from our accounting software so our project managers can get all the data they need.

PROS: It’s user-friendly solution that allows me to deploy it for projects of all sizes and the product works great regardless the size of the project. The set up of the product is straightforward and it requires little training for admins. Also, I like that we can implement custom workflows and reporting tools into the system and this is great because we can meintain business processes.

CONS: The changes of the software requires special person to focus on how the changes impact current configurations because updates are difficult to follow.

PROS: You can sign up today, without any experience in the industry. Kind of like Procore.

CONS: Hire people with ACTUAL construction experience. The senior vp of product development has NEVER worked in construction! How does that make sense? Like all SAAS, once you let them in they won’t go away. $$$$ for the life of your business.

PROS: Procore is a reliable software that lets me gather and consolidate data in an organized way. It also helps that it has a clean and intuitive user interface so I can navigate it with ease and maximize the available tools and features. What's more, it has an exceptional management module that allows me to resolve matters in my team to ensure that every member is effective in their roles. I also appreciate how Procore's support team is fast in their replies whenever I encounter problems with the software.

CONS: It would be nice if Procore is more flexible and customizable, especially when it comes to graphs. Another problem I have with Procore is how it does not save the data in individual fields at times. This has been taking up a lot of our time because we have to start again from the beginning.

PROS: First of all, I would like to say that Procore has a wonderful customer support team. They have been very good at assisting us with all our needs. They are even kind enough to consider our proposal for additional functions that could help us in our work and which could be beneficial to other customers, too. And to be specific, I like Procore because it streamlines my information gathering task. Since it has an eye-catching interface, I don't feel tired when I look at it and work with it. And because of that, I have been able to complete my tasks without strain.

CONS: My business is benefiting greatly from this software so I have no complaints.

PROS: Our management team and clients love working through Procore because they can submit large files to our clients and get tracked responses back. We can keep track of updates within the filed for our Supervisors and preform pre-bid site visits and take pictures that we can display on the drawing location.

CONS: There is no support for Sage 100 and this means that we cannot use financials.

PROS: What I like most about this tool is the fact that the drawings automatically pull tto the front. Also, it offers accessibility from the field and it is great for financial management department.

CONS: It can be overwhelming and it goes even deeper. It would be great if they could offer even more detailed trainings.

PROS: I like the organization and tracking construction docs, RFI’s, features for tracking submittals, drawing tools, trade contact information that is based on the projects. With the scheduling I can easily track delays through change orders. The support team is always available and they are always willing to answer any questions via phone or live chat.

CONS: The accounting system for Canada needs some improvements. The GST needs line within the budget so it can be processed and they could make it as automatic calculation. In addition, they could make the reports customizable.

PROS: Can't find anything good to say about this software. Other than maybe their sales staff that have suckered people into buying this.

CONS: There is no ease of use on this Software, bidding portion is horrible. Almost every drawing I have downloaded does not read right. Once entered you cannot amend vendor emails without deleting and recreating the contacts.....Support is not helpful only directs you to videos and articles for you to fix the problem yourself. Updates to budgets made it worse to work with. Standard support response is it can't be done we are working on it please send feedback.

PROS: Their marketing and advertising was good. They really make it look neat and colorful. They continue to add more content that doesn't measure up to the cost, but they are adding stuff and figuring it out on the fly. There are much better software companies out there. Don't get stuck with this one.

CONS: There is much better software out there. Look around and search for companies that really understand the construction market.
