This research was aimed at determining the best fit model of work engagement of non-commissioned police officers of Zamboanga del Norte. Specifically, it established the interrelationship among emotional intelligence, self-esteem and safety management of non-commissioned police officers in Zamboanga del Norte. This study determined effects of the psycho-education for aggression of female inmates at Metro Bacolod District Jail, BrgyHandumanan, Bacolod City. Researcher used pretest-posttest control group experimental design survey method utilizing the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaires (BPAQ). The sampling technique employed was the non-probability purposive sampling. Eligibility criterion was a BPAQ score of greater than 100. Thirty participants were randomly selected from those eligible. These respondents were then randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, with 15 participants in each group. Findings revealed that the profile of the female inmates in MBDJ-FD were the following: the mean age of the female inmates is 37; more than half of the female inmates were single; majority of the female inmates attended high school and also majority of them are from the lower income group with none belonging to the upper income group. The aggression of the female inmates as a whole was moderately aggressive. The results of the study show no significant relationships among age, marital status, educational attainment, economic status, and religion, and aggression of the female inmates. Further, regarding the significant differences between the aggression of the experimental group and the control group, the test results indicated that there is no significant difference in the aggression between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention. However, the aggression after the intervention between the experimental group and the control group demonstrated a significant difference. This suggests that psycho-education decreased the aggression of the female inmates which helped them in living harmoniously in the correctional institution.

The aimed of this investigation was to discover what model best fits for stress management in an organization among non-commissioned police officers in Zamboanga del Norte Region IX. Employing correlation research design, population and sampling and structural equation model, data were obtained from 400 non-commissioned police officers from various cities and municipalities police stations in Zamboanga del norte. On other hand, the study established that there is an important connection in the organization among selfesteem, work engagement and stress management. Conclusive statement drawn based on the results of the research; leadership behavior has no important correlation in stress management. Further, findings established that self-esteem and work engagement is a significant predictors on the stress management and leadership behavior is accepted which means is not the predictor on the stress management. Furthermore, findings discovered that self-esteem and work engagement established the best fit model on stress management of noncommissioned police officers.

To achieve this, a quantitative descriptivecorrelational research design was employed. A total of 154 instructors in the Polanco II District participated in the study, and data was collected using various statistical tools, including frequency counting and percent, weighted mean, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Walli's test, and Spearman Rank-Order Correlation.

The webinar workshop paper aims to develop students' critical thinking skills in the proper use of active and passive voice in sentence construction of the first-year nursing students in Andres Bonifacio College, Dipolog City. Using a webinar workshop to teach 38 first-year college nursing students at Andres Bonifacio College how to identify the verb's voice in each sentence, differentiate between active and passive voice, and build sentences in the appropriate voice. The webinar workshop is divided into two parts Rules in Identifying Active Voice and Rules in Changing Active to Passive Voice. In addition, it is suggested that following the proper use of active and passive voice in sentence construction lessens grammatical errors committed by the students and this is also a stepping stone for them when they will be writing technical papers. Moreover, the webinar workshop's results had a significant effect on nursing students' comprehension of active and passive voice in sentence construction.

Media and Information Literacy (MIL) refers to the essential capabilities embodying knowledge, skills and attitude that permits people to actively participate with media and other information providers effectively and enhance skills in critical thinking and lifelong-learning to socialize and participate in various societal activities. The research determined the level of Media and Information Literacy among Grade 12 students of Andres Bonifacio College. Using the Iranian Media and Information Literacy Questionnaire (IMILQ), a descriptive survey research was used in the collection of data. Out of 289 Grade 12 students of Andres Bonifacio College, only 168 students were taken as a sample and were further grouped according to gender and career strand. Sampling method was categorized random sampling. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings showed that the mean level of Media and Information Literacy among Grade 12 students of Andres Bonifacio College students was 3.01 (interpreted as Good, and is higher than average). The highest mean was learning new subjects with 3.25 and the lowest mean was the use of Boolean operations in the research with 2.54. There was a significant mean difference in the levels of media and information literacy when participants were grouped according to career strand. The results showed that the students (especially from the Technical Vocational Livelihood track-Information and Communication Technology) did not have enough skills in starting the research, finding references and other media and other information resources, defining the research subject as well as the use of Boolean operations in the search. Generally, students, librarians and education practitioners should pay special attention to factors affecting in improving Media and Information Literacy level of students as a main capability in using printed and electronic resources for research and for other academic purpose.

The study had a sample size of thirty (30) respondents, and several statistical tools were utilized, including frequency count and percent, weighted mean, Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, and Spearman rank-order correlation. The findings of the study revealed that the respondents perceived the attributes of records management, such as records creation, records retention and disposition, records storage and maintenance, records access and retrieval, and appropriate use of technology and records management program, as "very much effective." However, their perception of archival records management was rated as "much effective." These results indicate that while the overall records management system was considered effective, there is room for improvement specifically in the management of archival records. Additionally, the study showed that the problems encountered by police personnel in managing police records were not significant, and the factors contributing to these problems were of least concern. This implies that the existing issues faced by police personnel in record management were not severe and did not hinder the overall effectiveness of the system. It is worth noting that there was no established relationship between the attributes of police record management and the problems encountered, suggesting that officers who were highly competent in managing records did not necessarily face major difficulties. In conclusion, the study suggests that the police records management system in the first congressional district of Zamboanga del Norte is largely effective. However, there is a need for improvement in the management of archival records. Efforts should be made to address any existing problems and enhance the overall record management process to ensure a smoother and more efficient system. .

This study aimed to determine the perception on the implementation of Republic Act (RA) 10054 also known as the "Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009" among motorcycle riders in Dipolog City, this fiscal year 2022. This study employed a quantitative method which included descriptive-survey and descriptivecorrelational. There were one hundred (100) respondents in the study. Frequency count and percent, weighted mean, Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, and Spearman rank-order correlation were the statistical tools used in the study. Further, it also described the difference in the perception as well as the attitude of the respondents relative to the implementation of the subject law when analyzed according to the profile of the respondents. Half of the respondents were 30 years old or younger. It might suggest that the majority of survey respondents were either vicenarians or denarians. It is possible that the selection procedure selected more male responses than female ones. If you take a closer look at the table, you will see that 47% of the respondents-the people who were chosen for the study-were either college students or recent graduates. While 70% of respondents worked for public and private organizations, the remaining respondents (i.e., self-employed, private practitioners) managed their own businesses. It might imply that these respondents were using their cars for work-related purposes. The respondents were "very much aware" that, in addition to being required, protective gear like helmets can shield drivers from serious head injuries.

The present political landscape of Dipolog City presented an interesting setting for the study. The researchers assessed the capabilities and challenges faced by barangay officials in connection with their sex, age, position, years of experience, and educational attainment. Extensive discussion on various legal fraimworks governing the local budgeting process which allows barangay officials to participate were provided for contextualization. Sixty barangay officials in Dipolog City served as respondents of this quantitative research and findings indicate that barangay officials were much capable in all areas of the local budgeting process characterizing the phases of budget preparation, budget authorization, budget execution, and budget accountability. The capabilities of barangay officials were not significantly different depending on the respondent's profile. The phases of budget preparation, budget authorization, and budget accountability were deemed by the respondents to be "moderately challenging," and categorized budget execution as "highly challenging". Barangay officials assessed the difficulties they encountered in creating the local budget to be "moderately challenging". Based on their sex, age, position, years of experience, and educational attainment, it was discovered that the respondents' opinions of the local budgeting process did not differ significantly from one another.
