UKDT Tryout Video:

In order to advance to our 2023-24 UKDT in person tryouts, you must have received a video by-pass at our UKDT Training Clinic in Dec. 2022 or receive one on March 19, 2023. Be signed by the UKDT Coaches, or submit a tryout video by April 10th and be invited. The dates for our in person tryouts will be May 5-7 2023.

Requirements for the video are: (In this order) recorded horizontally
*A short introduction (Include your name and where you’re from)
*A 30-45 second Hip Hop and or Pom dance
*Triple or better pirouette
*Dbl Toe touch
*Head spring to stand
*Rubber band
*Side aerial (both sides if you have)
*Tumbling (optional) backhandspring and tuck if have
