The study aimed to assess teachers' pedagogical practices during the pre-pandemic up to the present. This study utilized a quantitative type of research, specifically a descriptive survey method, to describe teachers' pedagogical practices. Findings revealed that teachers often practiced the following pedagogies: collaborative, reflective, and inquiry-based methods. Teachers’ pedagogical practices have significant differences along the personal profile, such as sex, department, field/ specialization, and number of years in teaching. Lastly, teachers’ pedagogical practices significantly differ along academic profiles, such as the number of training attended related to instructional pedagogy, the type of school from which the bachelor’s degree was obtained, the subject taught, and the type of education. With that, continuing professional development is deemed to be significant in upskilling teachers and advancing them in both conventional and unconventional settings, as 21st-century education would demand.
