The location is unmatched and has excellent access to Waikiki and the beach. The room was wonderful, it was clean, bright and modern with plenty of space (in the 2 Double Beds room). The pool was lovely, as were the cafe and bar next door. We stayed on a high floor and did not find the hotel to be noisy from this height.

The property had a great view of the ocean with a spacious balcony to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. The apartment was comfortable and had almost everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were plenty of beach towels and 2 beach chairs that have seen better days but we were able to use while exploring Oahu with no issues. Jenny was very accommodating and we recommend her place.

Char’s place is amazing by any account! The localisation is breathtaking, the view from balcony directly to the ocean is something you can’t get enough of and the apartment is delightfully decorated, with all the necessary amenities (and much more). The private pool is also pretty cool, but when you got sort of a private beach by the ocean, you don’t even use the pool that much. Also the neighbours are very nice and helpful. West Oahu is simply beautiful.

Would absolutely recommend the Surfjack and would absolutely go back. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, beach close, one block to all the action on the main strip of Waikiki, best value two bedroom apartment that we could find - very spacious room and really lovely decor, great pool - deep and just the right temperature, awesome vibe around the pool with great music from 6 - 9 - delicious food - we ate dinner there every night - venturing out and then returning two nights - it’s like the best kept secret in Waikiki! We had an unfortunate incident with some unruly guests and the staff were absolutely awesome got straight onto it (removed them from the hotel) and gave us a complimentary night - well above and beyond what we expected and awesome customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

So close to the beach! Very convenient location! Best part was the staff, everyone was so friendly at each touch point of the stay. Bed was comfy and we had a view of the ocean. We are going back to Honolulu in 4 days and can’t wait to stay there again 😄
