The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center uses exclusive licensed food service companies to handle all food and beverage sales. Concessionaires may vary by venue. During the Indiana State Fair, outside concessionaires are permitted through an application process.

In addition, Pepsi Cola Corporation is the official soft drink sponsor of the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. Accordingly, only Pepsi® products (including water, soda, and sports drinks) will be served at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, and all food and drink must be provided by the ISFC contracted concessionaires or caterers.
