We were blown away by the great service of this place. My wife and I had just moved into a new home and were looking for a nice rug for the living room. We didn't want to buy online as we know friends who've received poor quality rugs. We made the best decision ever when found Adibs Rugs in Walnut Creek. When we went in we were greeted by the son of the owner, Mahdi, and he was outstanding. He was so kind and asked us a lot of questions about what our home looked like, what we wanted from the rug in the room and what we were looking for. After getting a feel for what would tie the room together with the aesthetic we wanted, he walked us through the options and different possibilities. We were so pleased with the service, and as other reviews mention, he was patient and really took the time with us, without trying to make a sale. We actually felt like they cared about us getting something we loved. It was great getting to actually see the rugs too, and see the great quality they carry. We came out with a beautiful rug that is a real showpiece of our living room - it was such a great process from start to finish and we have been so pleased with the results.
