GoDaddy's great reps

GoDaddy's reps, although spread all over the Globe, are doing a great job collecting info from clients who need to improve their websites through GoDaddy's specially designed marketing programs. You have to call though, a few times, to cover all and any specific changes you need on the top of what the web lets you do with the given (standard) tools at first glance. Good collaboration. Keep it up!

Having dealt with many companies over…

Having dealt with many companies over the internet. It was so nice to have such kindness and expertise shared to me. So many companies have hired people who are not as kind, don't know their skill too well or are hard to understand. I didn't have any of these problems. It was an overall good experience. I only wish all companies provided us with employees with these qualities. Great Job.

Go Daddy has very good worker called…

Go Daddy has very good worker called Steven Martifrom UK . Please ask for him and you won't regret it. He is helpful, kind , smart intelligent person and he knows business well . We had very bad experience previously with some workers from Go Daddy ,but today we are more than happy and we decided to continue having business with Go Daddy just because of professionalism and good business with Steven Martinez

Great tech support

I've been with GoDaddy for 20 years, and more than anything else, every time I speak with a tech from GoDaddy I enjoy speaking with a real person. For example, while waiting for a process to complete I've had casual discussions about the weather where each of us are. In addition, every tech has been very knowledgeable, sometimes offering useful suggestions. This is the way I wish all companies communicated with their clients or customers. The value of human touch in this world of A.I. and phone trees cannot be understated.

My GoDaddy agent was kind and…

My GoDaddy agent was kind and cooperative. She was attentive, diligent and explained everything she was doing. Honestly I was going to cancel some things but my attendant was easy to deal with so I actually stayed with the program for a while longer.
She represented GoDaddy quite well.
I appreciated the help.

Superb Customer Service

Tina in support offered superb customer service. Her kind attitude and willingness to help is truly commendable. Also, it should be noted that Tina is extremely knowledgeable.
Tina quickly accessed our issues and enacted the steps to arrive to a resolution. In addition, she provided valuable suggestions and insight into additional solutions available. One of these we were able to purchase and have added to our suite of products. Tina's contribution to our success is invaluable!

The great customer service I think everyone will experience

My experience with GoDaddy's sales rep was a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to intuitively see where I was going with my queries and he shared with me exactly what I was wanting to know. A few digressions that we shared were the mortar that convinced me that GoDaddy has some really good customer service reps. He offered a casual, no stress environment that helped me to really consider my decision to go with GoDaddy.

After all, these are the things that will convince you to seal the deal.

I couldn’t have resolved the issue alone. I’m so glad GoDaddy has a live person to help. The representative that helped me took time and put in his energy into making it a calm and smooth sailing experience. I would highly recommend GoDaddy for anything business related.

This was the best customer service I…

This was the best customer service I have ever received, and I’ve been around a very long time. I was nervous about having to learn a whole new way to create my website, but was quickly put at ease by the gentle, kind and knowledgeable guidance through the entire process over 2 hours.

The system was frustrating because the…

The system was frustrating because the product that I purchased which is normally ready for use anywhere between a few minutes to an hour, was not ready after a couple of days. When I reached out to Customer Service, the agent was very friendly, patient and helpful and he made the whole process painless. Kudos to Brian for being informative and kind!

Extremely helpful customer service…

Extremely helpful customer service gentleman. Polite, understanding and patient with me, esp knowing I wasn't tech savy.

I was on the virtual chat yesterday evening with the same issue, going round in circles for about an hour.

Speaking to someone is much better and easier!

GoDaddy once again fail to deliver a…

GoDaddy once again fail to deliver a decent customer service. They somehow unlinked our domain name from our website, no satisfactory explanation. Not enough staff, waited about 10 minutes for each response during the chat, total time about 90 minutes. Similar problems have happened over the past 6 months

I had to payment renewal good- ads for AI website bad! call Go Daddy to renew my…

I had to call Go Daddy to renew my payment info because last time I tried to renew online I had a problem with the free AI accounts being added in without requesting them. The great customer service agent today did my payment info update with me and also disabled another unwanted website for me. What isn’t great- is pushing these AI websites on people. You can barely navigate the website now because it has ads popping up everywhere for the AI products. On 1 page you cannot get to your account unless you click on it and it adds it on - it is a living nightmare to get rid of it. A waste of everyone’s time. Other than that- Go Daddy is fine. Quite good service.

Product development team drop the ball…

Product development team drop the ball again. POS system is trash to work with. Support people act like you owe them something when you needs assistance. Website and POS system seems to be operating on different platforms, their hardly ever on the same page.

My CSR spoke my low tech language

The GoDaddy CSR that answered my call was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He listened to my I issue ask a couple of questions and I followed his dirtections (very clear directions!) and WOW it was FIXED in less time than it took me to call the support line! In the Tech Savy age we live in its so refreshing to have a Computer IT Support that still speaks low tech when needed TY Godaddy!!!

Long Time User

So I have been using their products, various for a quite a while. It's been cheap, but logging in and trying to manage my products has been tough sometimes. However I called in, and got an amazing Rep named Robert, who managed to quickly answer my questions, saved me money. So, having called in before, I didn't get this level of service. So It may depend on who you speak to, but He made it super easy to resolve my issues and give me a straight answer
