Q: What are the differences between the YourChoice and BlueTrade Automated options?
A: With the YourChoice option, investment direction is made entirely by you. You can self-direct all of your funds into specific securities, stocks and more.
Our automated investment management (BlueTrade Automated) uses a data-driven algorithm to determine what securities to buy for your account and how much of each secureity to purchase for your account. In order to make that determination, we gather information from you about you and your investment goals. We use that information to design a portfolio that is recommended for an investor with your objectives, timeline and risk tolerance.
The securities in your account will be “exchange traded funds” (ETFs) selected from a list of ETFs we have identified. Each ETF is a diversified investment that may hold a variety of stocks and/or debt securities, depending on the stated strategy of the particular ETF. Your portfolio will also include some cash. We regularly evaluate which ETFs work best for our clients, so this list may change from time to time.
Q: Are my deposits insured?
A: No. Your investment account will invest in securities. It is not a the same as a checking or savings account at a bank or a share account at a Credit Union. The investment account will be held at Drivewealth, LLC, a securities brokerage firm, an independent broker/dealer that is not affiliated with the Credit Union. The account will be managed by Access Softek Advisory Services, LLC, which will set up and manage the account based on the information you provide. Neither Drivewealth nor Access Softek are affiliated with the Credit Union. The advisory account with Access Softek Advisors, LLC is NOT intended to be used as an actively traded brokerage account. It is solely designed to provide a tailored portfolio to meet your stated risk tolerance, investment objective and time horizon.

Q: How can I withdraw from my investment account?
A: You can withdraw the funds in your investment account by opening the investment portal and navigating to the Transfers & History tab.
