Data is representative of students as of the census date. Historically, the census date was the last day to add/drop a course for the respective term. From Fall 2016 onward, the census date will be October 15th for Fall terms and March 15th for Spring terms. Data will be updated approximately 2-3 months after the census date, following submission to CPE and IPEDS. Pell Recipient data is updated approximately every December following submission of the Financial Aid file to CPE. Financial Aid information is reflective of the previous academic year when submitted (i.e. financial aid information for the 2017-18 academic year will be submitted November 2018). 12-month enrollment is updated approximately every October following submission to IPEDS.
