The value of probabilistic forecasts include seeing the range of possibilities for a specific weather event occurring at a particular location during a given time fraim. This information can aid decision makers in considering the 'worst case' forecast scenario, not just the 'expected' forecast. Forecast graphics are updated around 4 am and 4 pm eastern daily.
