Welcome to Women Veterans Health Care!

We're glad you are here! Use this site to find the available health services and resources you have earned as a woman Veteran.

Our primary care and comprehensive women's health services include:

VA also provides specialty services, such as:

  • Gynecologic and fertility treatment
  • Sensory aids and prosthetics, including gender-specific items like post-mastectomy needs
  • Other specialties including radiology, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, rheumatology, oncology, and endocrinology

Are you using all the health benefits you have earned?

Only 44% of women Veterans are enrolled in VA health care. Learn about benefits and services available for transitioning service women and recently separated women Veterans in the Women's Health Transition Training Handbook.

VA Women's Health Reengagement Training (heaRT) Participant Handbook is designed to accompany Women Veterans Health Reengagement Training. It also serves as a shorter guide covering topics from understanding women Veteran health care, to enrolling in VA health care, and more.

A majority of women Veterans are not utilizing their earned benefits. As a result, they do not have access to the VA health care system or the low- or no-cost care it offers.

It's never too late to enroll in VA health care services.
