Gretchen Gogesch is a Lecturer in the Management Department in the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics. She received her MBA in Management from The Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, and is a management consultant focused on innovation strategy. While living in Chicago she studied and performed improv at The Second City under the late Artistic Director Martin DeMaat, and she brings the practices of improv into her consulting and into the college classroom. She is an avid equestrian, actively learning and teaching classical dressage, and practices equine osteopathy, restoring balance to horses of professional and amateur riders across Lexington.
