Aerospace, Aviation, and Defense Investment Fund

In July, the Council approved the following regulations, as directed by SB127 (establishment of the Kentucky aerospace, aviation, and defense investment fund) and filed them with the Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee.

• 13 KAR 6:010 Aviation training scholarships
• 13 KAR 6:020 Aviation equipment grants

Performance Funding Model

In April, the Council approved the following regulation changes, as directed by SB191 (an emergency order affecting Kentucky's performance funding model) and filed them with the Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee. As of their filing date, the regulations become effective immediately.
