In our first Salon, 2030STEM invited leaders in their field who have galvanized movements that champion #diversity and #inclusion in STEM using social media.

To get there, we need to increase financial backing for STEM programs and underrepresented individuals and ensure that a diverse group holds more decision-making roles within our institutions.
