Early life and education
[عدل]She holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology – Kingdom of Bahrain, along with a Certified Accountant certificate from the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a certificate in leadership and management.
Career
She worked at the National Bank of Kuwait in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the credit review sector, and prior to that, she worked at the Bahrain Development Bank, starting in the Business Investments Unit and later in the Financial Controls Department, eventually becoming Credit Review Manager. Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi was selected to chair the first Board of Directors of the former Laama Authority.
She was one of the top three participants in the Laama National Program, which aims to create promising young leaders and establish a strong and rich base of talents with comprehensive national awareness, preparing them for excellence and leadership roles in various fields.
