ASABE recommends that all interested individuals planning on attending an ASABE meeting or conference begin this process 4 to 6 months in advance.

-Requesting a letter of invitation from ASABE
In order to request a letter of invitation to an ASABE conference, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Be a listed author on an accepted abstract and/or paper to be presented at the requested conference.
- Have paid the registration fee in advance of the request.
PLEASE NOTE: If a visa application is denied for any reason by the issuing party, contact the meetings department at mtgs@asabe.org and a full refund will be dispensed to the registrant despite the general conference refund cut-off date.
