Far too long waiting on hold ( 1hr ). Staff need to talk slowly. Need simply procedures of taking phone calls. Last week I waited over 2 hours. I can understand why people get so upset.

BEWARE!!! I sent a near flawless phone which should have been classified as mint or worse case good. Their team told me the back panel has been opened and there are scratches. I have owned it since new (in a sturdy case) and there was no way it's true so sent them photos from before postage. They could provide no clear evidence of damage. After spending days arguing, I just gave up and took a reduced amount. If I had asked for it to be returned, I would have had to pay $10 plus I imagine they have damaged the phone during inspection so will send back a damaged phone. It's a total loss-loss situation. Will never use again.

Customer service are generally good- I've been billed twice while swapping over services. This seems straightforward enough; if I change data plans for my iPhone I never get charged the old and new rates combined, but it happened here. It WAS fixed the next month, it's just not great to be down $100*2 and then have that money they took without permission provided as credit. All things aside though, with he 30% CBA discount this is fast and worth it for $70 monthly at 100/20 NBN

I placed an order on 14 Feb. At the time when I placed the order the website said that there were only two phones available in stock, so I decided to purchase it straight away. After I purchased the phone I was told that it will be delivered on 24March which was 6-7 weeks after. I called customer service about it 2-3 times and they apologised. I decided to wait. Today 16th March I checked on the status of my order. Still 24th March. I went on the website and saw that stock is available for the identical phone. I called customer service and told them. Their first reaction was to tell me that there is no stock. I asked them to check on the website and stock availability. They confirmed that there is stock available but I was told the following by customer service: 1) My order is a "pre-order" so I have to wait till the 24th March. 2) if I want the phone now I have to cancel my existing pre-order and pay more as there is a price difference between now and my current order 3) wait till the 24th while new orders are being fullfilled. I asked to speak to the manager and to escalate the issue but I was told nobody was available. It is extremely disappointing: - I placed an order (because stock was available) and did not get the phone straight away - I was told to wait 6-7 weeks - I was told that other people get their phones while I wait for my "pre-order" - I was told to pay extra if I want to get it now Extremely disappointing way to treat a loyal customer. After this phone I will seriously consider get another Samsung phone.

I would give 0 stars. Issue with credit card expiring. No email from Apple to let me know there was an issue. Just log me out of all my accounts (iTunes, Apple TV). They won't allow me to log in and now access to the account is denied. They wont fix access and now I can access all my purchase music. If I had an apple device, they may be able to help me - what a joke! Their apps are able to be used on pc and android, why do I need an apple device to authenticate? Their answer is they cant help and their solution is have to create a new account. That's all good except I have to set up a new email address just to access that account as my current address is in use and I wont get access to my purchases. Customer service is poor at best and borderline unethical if you consider how much I have spent on purchased music that I can no longer access. No accountability and no care for their customer.
