The last post reminds me of a great physicist I once observed seeking out infinity while looking into a marble. He never turned around to see the infinity behind him. There are the same number of imaginary points on a circle with a radius miles long as the circle in the palm of your hand. While searching for the words of the one called Jesus in the Bible declaring a flood, the voice of God might be on the other side of declarations that don’t exist. How many babies get thrown out with the bath water a day? If A is not B then does C exist? Between any measurement is the number Pi which is an infinity within an infinity. Anyone’s existence, including the one you call Jesus, could or could not determine if a flood occurred. If no flood occurred they could still exist. Do you have to be in the forest before we can ask if a tree will be heard when it falls? If someone of little knowledge hears my declaration I am wearing a hat, sees that I have no hat, is the “bottom line” I don’t exist? Do hats? Within infinity there have been many floods, not limited to nor excluded from your marble. Yes, I know you think I have lost my marbles. But I smile because greening is done by some who are not in the forest and don’t wear hats.
