When change seems hard or you don't know what to do, just do the next right thing. Maybe you are trying to eat clean and have something off your plan, it's not a fail, just make the next thing you eat part of your plan. Having an off morning? Just make the next thing you do, the right thing. Kids fighting and you yell? Do the next right thing... maybe for you it's to hug them or apologize or maybe it's give yourself a 5 minute break or a 30 second break and take deep breaths. You got this!
