You can down grade it by using a softer putty. Thank you @thehandenthusiast for that idea !  ⭐️ You can also use a dumbbell. You can make it more challenging by twisting the dumbbell into the putty   Finger extension:  ⭐️ Using putty, have the patient roll it out and make a ring around their fingers and tell them to spread out their fingers.
