Roshini Abraham, PhD

Roshini Abraham received her PhD in Immunology in 1996 and subsequently completed post-doctoral fellowships in Immunology and Clinical Immunology/Biochemistry at the Mayo Clinic. She was on faculty at the Mayo Clinic from 2002-2018 and was a Professor of Medicine and Laboratory Medicine/Pathology.  Since September 2018, she is on the faculty at Nationwide Children's Hospital in the Dept. of Pathology/Laboratory Medicine, Columbus, Ohio as Associate Chief of Academic Affairs and Founding Director of the Diagnostic Immunology Laboratory. She is also a Professor of Clinical Pathology at Ohio State University Wexner College of Medicine. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology (ABMLI) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (FAAAAI) and the Clinical Immunology Society (FCIS), and a Past President of the Clinical Immunology Society (2017-2019). She has published almost 300 original articles, review articles, book chapters and abstracts. She is a Co-Chair of the ClinGen Immunology CDWG and the Antibody Deficiencies Gene Curation Expert Panel, and a member of the Complement Kidney GCEP as well.
