Umeda Sky building	he Sky Building is the fifth-tallest building in Osaka City, Japan, and one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. Wireless toilet control panel with open lid	This is a wireless toilet control panel for a japanese toilet with 38 (!!!) buttons. The model is a high-end model photographed in a Toto showroom. Normally, many of the buttons are covered with the lid, that is currently in a lowered position, so in normal operation the user has to choose only among 18 different buttons. Image:Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase	Computer-generated Model of Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase (PNP) Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase (PNP) is an important target enzyme for the design of anti-cancer and immunosuppressive drugs. Bacterial PNP, which is slightly different from the human enzyme, is used to synthesize chemotherapuautic agents. Knowledge of the three-dimensional structure of the bacterial PNP molecule is useful in efforts to engineer different types of PNP enzymes, that can be used to produce new chemotherapeutic agents. This picture shows a computer model of bacterial PNP, which looks a lot like a display of colorful ribbons. Principal Investigator was Charles Bugg.
