was commissioned by the CPE on to examine the implications of educational attainment
various aspects of the state's economy. This study includes analysis on earnings,
employment, crime, health, Medicaid, public assistance and state revenue.

Final Recommendations of the Rural Access Work Group
The Council was charged to explore the causes of perennially low educational attainment
