Glynnis Lessing on Instagram: "How to throw a foot onto a bowl. So often, when I’m throwing, I don’t leave enough clay at the bottom of my pot to trim a decent foot onto it. You can just trim it to a round profile and then throw a foot onto it. Make sure you use a fair amount of water to lubricate the foot when you’re throwing it on and let it set up before you turn it over and set it on that foot. Then cover it overnight, so the moisture evens up.
