Welcome to the home of the Department of Economics Graduate Program at Virginia Tech! Our STEM certified Ph.D. program in Economics is administered jointly by the Department of Economics and the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics.

We're also excited to be partnering with international schools, such as the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Mumbai, India for our new MA Dual Degree Program. NMIMS students will take their initial courses at their home campus in India and then come to Blacksburg, VA to complete their studies and earn their Master of Arts degree.
