Ready to strengthen your core and take your fitness to the next level? Join our Core & More 4-week fitness class, Thursdays, February 13 to March 6, 2025 from 10:15-11:00AM. This small group is designed to target your abdominal muscles, improve overall strength, and enhance functional movement. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, this class will help you build a solid foundation for all-around strength and stability.
In each session, we'll focus on strengthening your core, the powerhouse of your body through a combination of exercises targeting the abs, obliques, lower back, and hips. But we’re not stopping there! The More part of the class includes full-body exercises that will help improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
You’ll work with a variety of equipment and your own body weight to ensure maximum muscle engagement and variety in your workouts to build core stability, improve posture,
balance, coordination, enhanced flexibility and injury prevention.
