Joe Halenbeck article proposal

The denial of the article on Joe had nothing to do with the veracity of the page. Rather, Joe does not meet the notability guidelines for biographies. Wikipedia only includes articles on individuals who have received notice in reliable sources. No number of youtube videos or eyewitness accounts will change this fact. Some people simply don't get biographies. If you have indeed found articles that are untrue on Wikipedia, please help us deal with them.
