editWelcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Physical Address Extension, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Codename Lisa (talk) 01:50, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Fifth generation computer may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Disambiguation link notification for March 18
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Transputer, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Rendering engine, Real-time and Server (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Edits taking out "and/or"
editHello there! Just wanted to comment on your edits that are removing unclear "and/or" conjunctions in more than a few articles – thank you, and that's quite lovely. :) — Dsimic (talk | contribs) 23:01, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
Hey, you sound so sad, why is that? Cheer up, if nothing else you're editing Wikipedia for everyone's benefit. :) Also, you're not alone, it just looks so.
By the way, please spend a few minutes reading this humorous essay, in case you haven't seen it already – it helped me a lot to become wiser when it comes to editing Wikipedia, and hopefully wiser in the real life as well. — Dsimic (talk | contribs) 19:15, 22 March 2014 (UTC)
Floating processing unit listed at Redirects for discussion
editAn editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Floating processing unit. Since you had some involvement with the Floating processing unit redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Juhuyuta (talk) 13:53, 22 March 2014 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Small country syndrome
editThe article Small country syndrome has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- non-notable
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Strzegom (talk) 21:11, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. editWikipedia is no place for nationalistic biases or righting great wrongs. Just to warn you that if others see you doing an edit war, they might report you and the punishment could be either a block, or a ban on editing in subjects where you are causing dispute. Your feelings are not an argument
PS if you look at Name of G***e you will see that the first to mention the name was Aristotle, obviously an anti-Greek racist. He mentioned a tribe called the Graeci who had later become part of the Hellenes. Therefore, this name is no different to how we Spaniards call Germans alemanes, after the Alemanni, one German tribe. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.221.172.192 (talk) 20:14, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
- You need also to be aware that we have a very strict policy against edit-warring - in particular, reverting other edits so as to promote your own personal opinion . Please continue to contribute constructively to that and other articles, and do not be diverted into a dispute over nomenclature which, at least in the short term, you will not win and over which you could be blocked. Ghmyrtle (talk) 20:24, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
- Wikipedia has a standard to use the most commonly understood english-language name for a location or country (and in general, for article subjects). See: Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names). Your edits to change Greece to Hellas are in violation of that policy. Additionally, it's not a subject that's been widely raised by Greek editors on Wikipedia, so we have only your opinion to go on for the substance of the issue.
- We also have a policy that Wikipedia is not the place to start, fight, or conclude external issue disagreements such as real-world naming disputes. WP is about accurately reporting what people use. See WP:BATTLE.
- You have edited for some time and not been seen as an abusive user in general, so I assume that you did not do these edits just to disrupt or offend people. I believe that you and some people you know may now feel this way. But this is not the place and these are not the methods to advocate for that change. You are blockable for the five reverts today on the weather event article. I am not going to do so, but this does need to stop now. Please review the policies and work elsewhere to advocate for the change. Thank you. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 20:52, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
Gentle reminder
editHello. You appear to have made some reverts lately. Please be aware that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reverts on a single page within a 24 hour period. Rather than reverting edits, please consider using the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. The dispute resolution processes may also help. Excessive reverting may result in a loss of editing privileges. HaEr48 (talk) 20:34, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Hellas-Greece name controversy
editThe article Hellas-Greece name controversy has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- non-encyclopedic, WP:FRINGE, agenda-driven fork of Name of Greece; there is no "controversy" except in the minds of the nationalist fringes
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Edit warring at January 2017 European cold wave
editHello Sofia. You've been warned for edit warring on this article per a complaint at WP:AN3. See the report for details. Continued warring on the name of Greece may lead to a sanction. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 01:54, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
Your OCD over "Greece"
editI have about a dozen Greek friends, and one from Crete. Do you know what they all call Greece? Greece. Your passion fails to convince. 104.169.26.177 (talk) 22:25, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
- Oh, but those friends of yours are probably not "true Hellenians" ("Hellens?", "Hellenists?", "Hells?"). :P Seriously though, you'll be sorry when Hellens conquer the world and take over Wikipedia. Sofia prophesied that, so it must be true. That is, unless their northern neighbors (Macedonians) do something about it. :D 188.2.174.125 (talk) 00:58, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Sorry to see you go
editSo Long, and Thanks for All the Fish. Video, which may lighten your mood. Take a wikibreak and come back. Best regards. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 13:44, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
- Just learned of your "resignation" and subsequent permanent ban for sockpuppeting. On the one hand, I concede that you made a number of good edits to certain technical articles. On the other hand, you were far outside your depth in your edits on history of technology articles and you created a mess in that part of the encyclopedia that no one has had the time or energy to entirely clean up three years later. And of course, you violated Wikipedia policy to an extreme by sockpuppeting. So I'm not sorry to see you go. Adios. --Coolcaesar (talk) 01:22, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
