The lane

Fulwith Mill Lane is a particularly wealthy residential street in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. In 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023 it was named as the most expensive road in Yorkshire, it is located within the Golden Triangle on the south side of Harrogate. The average house price on Fulwith Mill Lane is £1.9 million, with many properties worth in excess of £3 million.[1][2][3]
