Note: There is at least 1 Hola family which comes from Jawadir, Pakistan.[citation needed]

Non-Arab descent

DNA tests have confirmed that the Janahi Hola family belongs to the R1a1a haplogroup[1][dubiousdiscuss], which is mostly found within Iranian Kurds, Persians, Baloch, Africans and Bandaris.[2] This means that the family does not belong to the Arab Bani Khalid tribe, as previously claimed.[citation needed][dubiousdiscuss]
