Just in case anyone's wondering.. the X in the title XChé SI! is pronounced per in Italian; XChé is a playful non-standard spelling for perché and it should not be changed to Sch... or something else. I copied the title from the CD as faithfully as possible...! wathiik.

The claim that the band is named after Article 31 of Irish Constitution is dubious

The claim in the first paragraph that "The band took its name from the Irish constitutional law guaranteeing freedom of the press" is oft-repeated but dubious because
