About me
“ | Who are we, if not a combinatorial of experiences, information, books we have read, things imagined. Each life is an encyclopedia, a library, an inventory of objects, a series of styles, and everything can be constantly reshuffled and reordered in every conceivable way. | ” |

Hi there! I go by theonesean just about everywhere on the internet, and Sean Bailey in real life.
I'm a software engineer and a teacher in New York. I previously studied philosophy and computer science and taught at the University of Pittsburgh. I play music, and enjoy travel and languages.
I was an active Wikipedian in high school, but now am mostly here to browse, read, and make occasional small edits, when I see a need.
Wikipedia activities
- I created an article on seven-deadly-sins laws that's grown, but still could use some updates.
- Additionally, I'm researching the article Rapture (aesthetics).
- I've created a substantial amount of articles for historic places in the United States with the National Register of Historic Places WikiProject, and am currently involved in fleshing out the stub articles created there.
- Most of my pre-2018 activity concerned reviewing and approving articles over at the Articles for Creation WikiProject. Working with new Wikipedians there and at the Teahouse was incredibly rewarding.
