Welcome!
Interested in becoming a regular contributor to Wikipedia? Create an account! Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |

Welcome![edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the ones you made to Talk:Back to the Future. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some links to pages you may find useful:
You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits. If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (73.6.96.168) is used to identify you instead. I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} . — Berean Hunter (talk) 17:12, 26 November 2019 (UTC)
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. 331dot (talk) 08:42, 27 November 2019 (UTC) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. If you make another request, please only put it in the larger edit window; the smaller window is for a section header or edit summary. Please click "edit" instead of "new section" to create your request, to avoid creating unnecessary section headers. 331dot (talk) 08:42, 27 November 2019 (UTC) If you disrupt this page further, I will extend the block and remove talk page access. If you want to request unblock, please make a proper request. 331dot (talk) 09:00, 27 November 2019 (UTC) August 2020[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Meredith effect are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines, not for general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. BilCat (talk) 06:20, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
December 2020[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Your comments are confrontational and disruptive. This is a collaborative environment where we work together, not make demands on each other. 331dot (talk) 08:25, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
October 2021[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Talk:Top Gun: Maverick. Your edits appear to be disruptive.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Do not add non-sequitur interjections mid-stream in other discussion threads on talk pages. If you have a new topic about the article then start a new section for it, rather than tack it on to sections that do not have anything to do what you are posting about. Additionally - the proper location to request (or in your case - wrongfully demand) that an article be removed is in WP:AFD, not through scatterbrained & unfounded rantings, randomly peppered throughout a talk page. Lastly, even in talk pages - do not introduce deliberate factual errors & make claims about article topics which are flatly false. Remember - just because you cannot see something does not mean that it does not exist. I cannot see you. I cannot see your username. But - clearly, and unfortunately you do in fact exist. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to delete or edit legitimate talk page comments, as you did at Talk:Holly Hunter, you may be blocked from editing. DO NOT delete or alter talk page comments posted by other users. See WP:TPO and WP:TPG. [edit]You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Talk:Top Gun. BilCat (talk) 00:04, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
- Please, please show me how I "vandalized" anything. Show me how what you accuse me of is true. I am tired of you people who obviously have a financial axe to grind, over-tending these bullshit articles. Show me where I lied. 73.6.96.168 (talk) 02:20, 15 January 2022 (UTC)

. Acroterion (talk) 02:29, 15 January 2022 (UTC)- If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
