[edit]Hi Blueflash4! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. DrKay (talk) 20:51, 14 February 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Archer1234. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ramin Karimloo, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page.
Wikipedia is not a WP:CRYSTALBALL. When a performance is reported by published reliable source(s) as having occurred, then an entry can be added to the list of theatre credits with an appropriate citation.
— Archer1234 (t·c) 12:17, 27 February 2023 (UTC)
- If you want to add information to the article about Ramin Karimloo's planned performances of Phantom of the Opera in the Summer of 2023, then add it to the main text, but it should not be reported in the table in the "Theatre roles" section until an actual performance (not a planned performance) is reported by published reliable source(s). However, if you insist on adding it to the table, then you should add a note about the performance as "planned" for a future date (or similar language that ensures readers understand that no performance has yet been made). — Archer1234 (t·c) 14:42, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

Not Encores!
[edit]Hi. The City Center production of Parade was not an Encores! production (even though some press people assumed that it was, but you can see from the theater's publicity that it was not. It was billed as their annual "gala" concert production. Concert productions do not belong in the cast tables. Only long-running, major-market producitons. Short productions can be described in the Productions sections. -- Ssilvers (talk) 19:28, 1 May 2023 (UTC)

You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
