- Delete - unverifiable - except for mention of it on the internet so it must be true. Not. Atsme Talk 📧 23:31, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
- Delete - the "breed standard" is mainly about the supposed - but unwitnessed - cross-breeding of wolves and dogs before Columbus. The final sentence presents this dog and suggests that it is a wolf-dog hybrid but with no genetic analysis to support this claim. (Unclear where they are getting their wolves from for this alleged hybridisation, given that back in the 1990s the few remaining Mexican wolf specimens were being used in a government breeding program to bring them back from the edge of extinction.)
