I am unable to find significant coverage of this organization from a BEFORE search. I do get some brief mentions in newspapers [1] [2] [3] [4] but none contribute to notability as far as I can tell. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 15:32, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
