Open cases
- Gibraltar (Week 9): The case was opened to address issues of ownership and nationalist warfare on articles related to Gibraltar. There is currently a motion to close.
- Russavia-Biophys (Week 6): The case was accepted to expedite a complicated Arbitration enforcement issue concerning Russavia and Biophys. The case is in the evidence/workshop phase.
- Transcendental Meditation movement (Week 12): The case was opened to deal with circumstances surrounding articles related to the eponymous movement, similar to the circumstances at issue in Scientology pages a year ago. The case is in the evidence/workshop phase.
Closed cases
- Alastair Haines 2: The case was opened to address allegations of edit warring and other disruptive editing by Alastair Haines. As a result of the case, Alastair was banned for at least a year and (after that) must contact the Arbitration Committee and make a satisfactory promise that he will not threaten legal action. Motions
- Eastern European mailing list: The Committee passed a motion permitting Piotrus to bring up concerns with articles within his topic-banned area on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Poland.
- Tang Dynasty: The Committee passed a motion requiring Tenmei to edit under mentorship and to abide by the sanctions levied on him in the original arbitration case.
Other
- The Committee emergency-desysopped Tanthalas39 for wheel-warring and reversing a block on himself, and shortly thereafter reviewed and confirmed the desysop.
- Wizardman resigned as an Arbitrator.
- The Oversight mailing list's functions have been added to those of OTRS.
