The Southport Project lives up to its coastal namesake with beachy accents and carefully coordinated design elements. We kept a neutral pallet with a few moments of pale blues and brass to evoke a seaside vibe you'd never expect to find in a quiet midwest subdivision.

With layers of taupes, brass, blues and blacks, the Westgate Project's color palette will always be one of our favorites. Add in a mix of organic elements like reclaimed wood, rough-cut stone, tumbled tile and polished metals, and you have a home that feels both elevated and inviting.

Meet our Millhaven project—completed fall of 2020. Yep, you read that right...we're just getting around to sharing this one. Better late than never! This was a 1.5-story spec home our team designed, heavily inspired by the English countryside. This project is filled with millwork, texture, pattern and charm, and was our first
