Guía Diaria para un Diario Chowa

1. Preparación Matutina (5-10 minutos)


Reflexión Mañanera: Escribe tres cosas por las que estás agradecido hoy. Esto puede ayudarte a empezar
el día con una actitud positiva.
Intención del Día: Define un objetivo o intención para el día. Puede ser algo simple como sonreír más, o
algo más específico relacionado con el trabajo o las relaciones personales.

2. Registro del Mediodía (10 minutos)


Logros de la Mañana: Anota los logros de la mañana, por pequeños que sean.
Armonía en Acción: Reflexiona sobre cómo has mantenido o puedes mejorar el equilibrio en tus
actividades diarias. Esto puede ser en términos de trabajo, descanso, alimentación, etc.

3. Revisión de la Tarde (10-15 minutos)


Momentos de Gratitud: Identifica momentos específicos del día en los que te sentiste agradecido.
Desafíos y Soluciones: Reflexiona sobre los desafíos que enfrentaste y cómo los abordaste. Considera
alternativas o soluciones para mejorar en el futuro.

4. Meditación Nocturna (5 minutos)


Reflexión Calmada: Dedica unos minutos a la meditación o respiración profunda para calmar la mente.
Pensamiento Positivo: Escribe un pensamiento positivo o una afirmación para concluir tu día.

5. Resumen Semanal (20 minutos cada domingo)


Balance Semanal: Revisa tus entradas diarias y reflexiona sobre cómo has mantenido el equilibrio durante
la semana.
**Aprendizajes y Ajustes:** Identifica lo que has aprendido sobre ti mismo y tu entorno. Piensa en ajustes
que puedas hacer para la próxima semana para mejorar tu armonía y equilibrio.

6. Planificación y Previsión (10 minutos cada domingo)

Objetivos para la Semana Siguiente: Basándote en tus aprendizajes, establece objetivos claros para la
próxima semana. Estos pueden estar relacionados con el trabajo, las relaciones personales, la salud, el ocio,
entre otros.
Planificación de Actividades: Organiza tus actividades principales para la semana siguiente, teniendo en
cuenta un equilibrio entre trabajo, descanso, ejercicio, y tiempo para ti.

Personalización: Adapta esta guía a tus necesidades y estilo de vida. Puedes agregar, modificar o eliminar
secciones según lo que te funcione mejor.
Consistencia: Intenta mantener una rutina diaria. La consistencia ayuda a formar hábitos y hace que el

Consejos Generales para Cada Día

Espacio para Sentimientos y Pensamientos: Aparte de las preguntas guiadas, reserva un pequeño espacio para escribir libremente sobre tus
pensamientos y sentimientos del día. Esto te permite desahogarte y reflexionar de manera más abierta.
Breves Momentos de Meditación o Respiración Profunda: Antes de comenzar tu sesión de escritura, dedica un par de minutos a calmar tu
mente. Esto te ayudará a concentrarte y a escribir desde un lugar de claridad.
Mantén un Espíritu de Exploración y Curiosidad: Trata de abordar cada día con una actitud de apertura y curiosidad. Esto hará que la
