The method of making is same as regular roti. The only difference is addition of puree into the dough. It’s very healthy and high protein Chapati recipe.  Ingredients- 1 bunch of spinach 1 cup paneer 1 green chili  1 inch ginger  2 cups Whole wheat flour  1/2 tsp Salt Ghee as required   Instructions .. Add spinach, paneer, ginger and green chili to blender and add water as required, so that it blends well . In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, spinach paneer puree, salt and Knead the soft dough.  Make balls and roll with rolling pin . Make roti and cook it on tawa from both sides.  Appply ghee or serve as it is .
