Healthy Hair Ladoo

Dates(300g) 
sesame seeds (100g) 
Aliv seeds(50g) 
Coconut dried (100 g) 
Pumpkin seeds (250g)
Fenugreek seeds (20 g)
Cinnamon (1 tsp teaspoon)
Walnut (200g)

1. Dry Roast all the seeds & nuts together, then grind it properly.
2. Deseed the dates and Grind it till smooth consistency 
3. Now add the grinded dates into the mixture and mix it.
4. Then add cinnamon and mix it properly 
5. Now roll it in ladoo and enjoy 1 ladoo everyday :)
