I'm a huge fan of Jules from Cake Chester in the Uk. Seems that so are my customers. This cake was requested. This is a replica of one of Jules cakes. Not a patch on hers but I hope I did her fabulous design justice. This looks really cool at night as the stem of the glass lights up & changes colour.

A take on the popular gravity cake. My customer requested the Malteasers pouring from a champagne glass for her boyfriends birthday cake. Who knew how many Malteasers it would take to cover a 10" cake?, not me…..totally underestimated!!
