But in my opinion, it’s always worth it in the end! I’m not a professional and my results aren’t perfect, but I thought I’d share what worked for me. Tips: Following all these steps will give you good results. If you skimp on prep work, you’ll regret it. Not shown in this clip is the light sanding I did in between coats. I also used a small paintbrush to get in the grooves before rolling. Adding new, oversized hardware at the end really helped to bring these cabinets up to date.
